Fine Prints

  • Recurring Memberships can only be purchased on our website and are managed via the My Account section of our website.
  • Recurring Memberships automatically renew on the same day each month and they are activated as soon as they are bought.
  • Recurring Memberships have a minimum no-cancellation period of 3 months. This means you commit upfront to at least 3 months of recurring payments.
  • Cancellation stops the Recurring Memberships from renewing at the following Renewal Date. You can cancel the  Reucrring Membership at the latest a week before the Renewal Date (ie 7 days notice).
  • Recurring Memberships cannot be frozen.


How to cancel

  • Log into the MY ACCOUNT page
  • Select Recurring Products
  • Now you can see your recurring products of which one is your Recurring Membership. Select it by pressing “view“.
  • Press the “cancel” button*

* the button will not appear if the next renewal is less than 7 days from the cancellation date.

Return Rights

To return or exchange an item, you must send the product back to us within 14 days of the date it was received by you. All returned items must be in a suitable condition so as to be resold as new. The product must show no signs of use (i.e. including washing), and all original packing must be undamaged and unaltered. If the product and its packaging are not returned in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of all returns and exchanges unless restricted by mandatory consumer law.

Damaged Package / Product

In case you have received a damaged package and/or product. Take a picture of the package before opening it from multiple angles and contact us using the form below if you believe the product was damaged in transit.


In case you are un-happy with any of our product within 24 months of purchase due defects, contact us using the form below.
