Student, Youth & Junior Discounts

  • Youth Membership – 446 kr. / month (15% discount)
    Valid forever for everyone under 25 years old.
  • Junior Membership – 369 kr. / month (30% discount)
    Valid forever for everyone under 18 years old.
  • Student Membership – 473 kr. / month (10% discount)
    Valid for the first 12 payments.
  • To receive a discounted membership, you must visit our reception in person with a valid photo ID showing proof of age or student status prior to purchase.
  • Our staff will provide you with a personal discount code to use during online sign-up.
  • Discounts are non-stackable.

 

Fine Prints

  • Memberships can only be purchased on our website and are managed via the My Account section of our website.
  • Memberships automatically renew on the same day you sign up based on your selected billing period.
  • Membership are active from the first day they are bought.
  • Cancellation stops the Memberships from renewing at the following Renewal Date.
  • Membership are not refundable.
  • Monthly Memberships can be paused. Pause is subject to a fee.
  • Monthly Memberships have a minimum no-cancellation period of 3 months. This means you commit upfront to at least 3x renewal payments.

How to cancel

  • Log into the MY ACCOUNT page
  • Select Recurring Products
  • Now you can see your recurring products of which one is your Membership. Select it by pressing “view“.
  • Press the “cancel” button (the button will not appear if the next renewal is less than the notice period from the cancellation date)

 

What is the Home Gym?

  • The home gym is the place where you expect to climb the most.
  • In the future, we will introduce special discounts / promo only valid in the home gym (so make your choice wisely!)
  • You can switch your Home Gym for free 1x per membership, per year. Just send an email to [email protected], latest 7 days before your renewal is to take place, and our team will be happy to assist.

Online-Shop

Return Rights

To return or exchange an item, you must send the product back to us within 14 days of the date it was received by you. All returned items must be in a suitable condition so as to be resold as new. The product must show no signs of use (i.e. including washing), and all original packing must be undamaged and unaltered. If the product and its packaging are not returned in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of all returns and exchanges unless restricted by mandatory consumer law.

Damaged Package / Product

In case you have received a damaged package and/or product. Take a picture of the package before opening it from multiple angles and contact us using the form below if you believe the product was damaged in transit.
