Our yoga studio gives you all the tools you need to grow in your practice: a peaceful space, experienced instructors and thoughtfully designed classes. All levels and abilities are welcome and encouraged.

Spots reserved online will be assigned to wait list members 15 minutes before the class if not yet checked in.

Access to the Yoga Class is subject to purchase a valid entry ticket to the gym. Online Booking includes a 25 kr. non-refundable booking fee which is credited to your account for any purchases from our receptions. The Only Booking DOES NOT include the entry ticket to the gym.

Returning after the summer!

Vinyasa is a style characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Wednesdays at 18:00

2x per month

Hatha is a yoga style that focus on asanas (postures), breath and technique. Whether you consider yourself a yogi or beginner, this class is designed to meet you where you are. In this class there will be time to align the body into each posture and explore something new.

Yoga for climbers is about bringing breath awareness into movements, increasing mobility and flexibility, as well as training strength in the joints and antagonistic muscles.

All Classes are held at Beta Boulders Copenhagen West (Vanløse)

In my classes the focus is on alignment and a strong connection between breath and body. It’s important for me to create a safe space, where there is room for you to be just the way you are.”

“I move in order to breathe a little more free. Through gymnastics, parkour and bouldering I’ve learned, that I can do more than I think. And to hold my breath while moving. In order to add flow to movement and thoughts, I practice yoga. In yoga I build up strength and flexibility, but most importantly, I practice listening and being present. What happens when I place my body in this position and try to think about nothing else? Let’s explore the question and listen, learn and have fun together.”

“I started to practice yoga to feel more connected to myself, and I deepened my experience in India where I´ve earned my certifications. Being in contact with your own body, breath, thoughts and feelings is a perfect yoga practice, no matter how deep you bend. This is the message I aim to bring to my students: gain strength, power, flexibility, confidence, compassion, awareness, love, peace and freedom in your body and mind through your unique body and heart; plus, yoga is the perfect practice to combine with any other type of training!”

Return Rights

To return or exchange an item, you must send the product back to us within 14 days of the date it was received by you. All returned items must be in a suitable condition so as to be resold as new. The product must show no signs of use (i.e. including washing), and all original packing must be undamaged and unaltered. If the product and its packaging are not returned in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of all returns and exchanges unless restricted by mandatory consumer law.

Damaged Package / Product

In case you have received a damaged package and/or product. Take a picture of the package before opening it from multiple angles and contact us using the form below if you believe the product was damaged in transit.

In case you are un-happy with any of our product within 24 months of purchase due defects, contact us using the form below.
