“To me, yoga is a movement and meditation practise that can help us handle all aspects of life. You don’t need to be able to reach your toes or to be a buddhist to enjoy yoga. In my classes the focus is on alignment and a strong connection between breath and body. It’s important for me to create a safe space, where there is room for you to be just the way you are.”

“I have been climbing for years, and practising yoga for some years before that. Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Sequencing and Anatomy in London, England, I now live and teach in Copenhagen.  Yoga classes are a time to step back from our busy lives and focus on cultivating awareness of the body and mind.  Expect moments of motion and of stillness, and lots of options while we move into asanas (postures) so that you can make the practice your own.”

“I move in order to breathe a little more free. Through gymnastics, parkour and bouldering I’ve learned, that I can do more than I think. And to hold my breath while moving. In order to add flow to movement and thoughts, I practice yoga. In yoga I build up strength and flexibility, but most importantly, I practice listening and being present. What happens when I place my body in this position and try to think about nothing else? Let’s explore the question and listen, learn and have fun together.”
