Recharge and relax in our private sauna area, designed for full-body recovery and pure relaxation.

Each booking includes 1 hour of access to:

  • Sauna (80°C)
  • Cold plunge
  • Showers
  • Comfortable seating area for rest and hydration

Important Information

  • Access requires advance booking, drop-ins are not possible.
  • We recommend you come in 15 minutes before your booking so have enough time to check-in, get changed and ready.
  • Access to the sauna requires a valid access to the gym as well.
  • Sauna is only for individuals of 18+ years old.

What to bring:

  • Swimsuit (mandatory)
  • Towels (mandatory – we recommend 2: one for sitting in the sauna, one for drying)
  • Flip flops (mandatory)
  • Water bottle (highly recommended)

What Does the booking fee include?

  • Members Booking*

    • The Members Booking is exclusively available to active Members.

    • A valid, active Beta Boulders Membership must be used to access the gym before entering the Sauna Area.

    • This booking provides sauna access only. Gym entry is not included and must be granted through the member’s active membership.

  • Non-Members Booking 

    • The Non-Members Booking is intended for all inactive members, Multi-Pass holders and all other types of visitor.

    • This booking includes full access to both the gym and the sauna during the booking.

    • Multi-Pass points cannot be used for sauna bookings; Multi-Pass holders must purchase a Non-Member ticket.

*Off-Peak Members may only use this booking when the sauna timeslot falls within off-peak hours. One-Gym Members whose home gym is not Vanløse must purchase a valid entry to access the Sauna & Cold Plunge Area.

Return Rights

To return or exchange an item, you must send the product back to us within 14 days of the date it was received by you. All returned items must be in a suitable condition so as to be resold as new. The product must show no signs of use (i.e. including washing), and all original packing must be undamaged and unaltered. If the product and its packaging are not returned in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of all returns and exchanges unless restricted by mandatory consumer law.

Damaged Package / Product

In case you have received a damaged package and/or product. Take a picture of the package before opening it from multiple angles and contact us using the form below if you believe the product was damaged in transit.

In case you are un-happy with any of our product within 24 months of purchase due defects, contact us using the form below.
